DedeEvi Villa Pansion Pricing Terms
 

1) 4 bedrooms ( all air coditioned ) on the second floor which are included in the price are all have AC.

    a) 1st bedroom; one king size double bed with a private bathroom

    b) 2nd bedroom; 2 single beds

    c) 3rd bedroom; 2 single beds

    d) 4th bedroom; one double bed with a private bathroom 

2) On the second floor, there's a shared bathroom/WC, a small kitchen, washing machine and a terace with a swing, table and chairs

3) The main kitchen is on the ground floor. There is a fridge, dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, water fountain, AC, all kinds of utensils ( plates, foks, spoons, knives, teapot, saucepans, friers, coffepot, etc.)

4) There's one shared bathroom/WC on the ground floor

5) Living room; The main living room is on the ground floor with an AC, a fireplace and a TV set. There's also dining table, two sofa sets in the living room. There's another living room on the 2nd floor with AC, stove and a sofa set

6) Garden; There's a large sofa set, a dining table and fans under the porch. There's also a small porch that can be reached from the main living room. The garden has various kinds of flowers and trees like pine tree, orange and lemon tress etc. There's also a barbecue in the garden that quests can use

7) Wi-Fi can be reached from all over the villa and the garden

8) The beds are ready to use. General cleanning is made by the personnel once a week. The gardener comes everyday to water the plants during the summer

9) Electricity, water, gas, central heating, Wi-Fi costs are all included in the price. Extra cleanning, sheets, towels are not included. All tranfers to the villa, tours/trips, health and travel insurances are not included either

10) Although disinfectant is applied to the villa and the garden there's always chance to see insects, flies, ants, etc for the villa is in a garden

11) There's a 5th room on the ground floor for physically handicapped quests  with one double bed. This room isn't included in the price. You can directly contact with us to rent this room for special occasions

12) Minimum stay at DedeEvi is for 3 nights. For other options you can contact with us

13) Check-in is between 10:30 am and 20:30 pm. Guests are requested to inform the owner about the estimated time of arrival in advance. Last check-out is at 12:00 pm

14) There's private parking place for 2 cars

15) The prices are for 8 guests / 4 bedrooms. 25% of the total amount should be transferred to one ofe the bank accounts below for  definite reservation. 

16) The prices are valid for reservations until July 2024.
